Returns and Refund

International returns cost 15€ and the communication has to be sent within 14 working days from the delivery date.

The refund will be executed in the same way in which the order was made.

 

You just need to send us a written communication as one of the following ways:

- sending us a message on WhatsApp +39-347-8195275, Telegram Channel "La Borsa Firmata", 

- sending an email to info@laborsafirmatabologna.com

specificating the order number and tracking number.

Please use the same box we used to send you the goods.
